We welcome your to stay at this comfortable, secure and fully enclosed Blue Door Home with a Spacious back deck with garden & tropical palm trees. It is ideally located in Kingsland Heights, Christ Church which is within 5 minutes drive to the famous Oistins Fish Fry, south coast Beaches, Supermarkets and other amenities.

The space

Our Blue Door Home is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house which sleeps up to 5 persons and is very comfortable for families staying on the island. This home also has a large deck perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The property is fully enclosed, pet friendly and has a covered car garage.

Location
This home is located in the well established residential neighborhood of Kingsland Heights. It is 5-10 minute drive away to popular beaches, restaurants and amenities. We would recommend to get a car. The bus stop is about a 10-15 minute walk away.

The Home
The home is well maintained, clean and offers air conditioned bedrooms. They all have comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep.

There is Fast WIFI and Smart Televisions where you can connect your NETFLIX, YouTube, etc. They also have an Iron and ironing board. Linens, towels are provided.

Sleeping Arrangements
This home has a Queen Bed with a Smart Television in the Master Bedroom. Bedroom 2 has a Double bed and bedroom 3 has a twin bed.

Cleaning and Maintenance

There is a full laundry room with washer and dryer.

The gardener comes once per month to cut lawns and manage all plants.

Kitchen
The Kitchen is outfitted with Microwave, 4 burner Stove with oven, fridge, Toaster, Kettle, pots and pans. It also has Plates, mugs and all crockery and cutlery that you need. The supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away.

Cottage Not Included in this Rental
The home also has a small stand alone cottage divided off from the deck. This is not included in the rental.

Guests access.

Guests will have access to the entire home but not the cottage area.
