This part-time, five-month certificate programme aims to prepare participants for a career in real estate sales, offering a comprehensive curriculum. It covers essential topics such as real estate marketing, land law, business law, valuation, construction technology, and physical planning. Designed for working professionals, classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 7:30 pm in a blended format, combining online and face-to-face learning.
