Cunard’s iconic Queen Elizabeth is setting sail for an exciting milestone: its first-ever full Caribbean cruise season, departing from Miami starting October 2025. This move reflects Cunard’s ongoing commitment to expanding its footprint in North America and introducing guests to the stunning beauty of the Caribbean.
A Revamped Queen Elizabeth
Before its Caribbean debut, the Queen Elizabeth will undergo a significant refurbishment at the Seatrium Admiralty Yard in Singapore in early 2025. Scheduled from February to March, this “era-defining” renovation includes updates to key spaces, such as the Queens Room, Commodore Club, and Garden Lounge, which will feature new furniture, soft furnishings, and improved facilities. Guests can also expect upgrades to staterooms, with new mattresses, USB ports, and balcony furniture, ensuring both modern comfort and Cunard’s hallmark elegance.

The refurbishment will also enhance the exclusive Grills experience, featuring newly designed lounge areas and a terrace, along with menus curated by Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux. Additionally, the Pavilion Wellness Café and wellness programs like Harper’s Bazaar Wellness at Sea will be introduced, following their successful debut on the Queen Anne.
Luxurious Caribbean Itineraries
The revamped Queen Elizabeth will offer a series of 12-night cruises to sought-after destinations, including Barbados and Saint Lucia. The Miami homeport provides an ideal gateway for North American guests to explore these tropical paradises in unmatched style. Rates for these journeys start at $1,299 per person for interior staterooms, with a range of accommodations and experiences to suit every preference.
