KPMG has officially unveiled a new global centre of excellence dedicated to improving healthcare systems in island communities, focusing on the unique challenges they face.

The centre will act as a central resource hub, where KPMG experts collaborate to share experiences and insights specific to island-based healthcare. It brings together professionals from the KPMG Islands Group, including those from Barbados, the Eastern Caribbean, Jamaica, and Trinidad and Tobago, to adapt best practices for islands and develop tailored healthcare strategies. Additionally, the centre will facilitate research and networking opportunities to connect key healthcare stakeholders across islands.
This initiative provides access to KPMG’s expansive global healthcare network, which includes over 5,000 professionals in audit, tax, and advisory, along with nearly 200 clinicians with diverse hands-on experience. The network spans over 70 member firms worldwide, ensuring robust healthcare expertise and support.
