A proof of payment can be either a receipt (scan, photo or PDF) or a screenshot from your online banking, clearly showing the following:
Your details:
- Full Name/Account Name
- Account Number
- Banks Name
Our details:
- Full Name/Account Name
- Account Number
- Bank Name
General details:
- Date
- Amount sent
- Status – for example pending/sent.
- Currency used
- Reference or transfer numbers
- Swift Code if relevant
It is important to ensure the entire image is clear and not cut off anywhere.
