Pendry Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hotel brand, has announced its expansion into Barbados with the development of Pendry Barbados and Pendry Residences Barbados. The island oasis will be the brand’s first international destination and will bring its contemporary luxury offerings and signature sensibilities to the Caribbean’s west coast.
Pendry Hotels & Resorts will reimagine the existing Port Ferdinand Luxury Marina & Residences and develop a new luxury beachfront resort and residences with architect Robert Glazier and a US-based private investment and development team. The resort will offer approximately 74 oceanfront guest rooms and suites and 46 private Pendry Residences with exclusive access to resort amenities, including a 111-berth marina, multiple dining concepts, Spa Pendry, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and recreation and family-centric offerings.
Barbados, known for its white sand beaches, timeless caves, and coral reefs, is also home to cricket, polo, horse racing, golf, and a distinguished culinary scene. Pendry Barbados will embody all of these offerings, offering private membership to an exclusive marina club in Port Ferdinand, featuring a variety of yacht berth sizes.
