Caribbean News – Island hop this Winter as Winair Launches Flights to Saint Lucia, Barbados, and St. Vincent

Winair is set to enhance its Caribbean network with the launch of new winter routes, offering travelers increased connectivity to Saint Lucia, Barbados, and St. Vincent. The airline’s winter schedule, starting November 15, 2024, will see six flights per week between St. Maarten and Barbados, along with other key routes across the region.

Winair will also operate direct flights from Barbados to Saint Lucia and Martinique twice a week, and to Dominica three times a week. Saint Lucia will receive six weekly flights from St. Maarten, connecting to Dominica, Barbados, Fort de France, and St. Vincent.

St. Vincent is a new addition to Winair’s network, with two weekly flights from St. Maarten and one weekly flight from Saint Lucia. In celebration of these new routes, the airline is offering special introductory fares starting at $89 for travel between November 15 and December 15, 2024.

Hans van de Velde, CEO of Winair, highlighted the airline’s expanding Caribbean reach, now serving 16 destinations and 40 routes. He emphasized that Winair’s partnerships with major airlines, including British Airways, Air France, Air Caraïbes, and JetBlue, ensure seamless travel for both regional and international passengers.
