On Saturday, Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley of Barbados hosted a strategic meeting with the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago, Dr. Keith Rowley; President of Guyana, Dr. Irfaan Ali; and St. Vincent and the Grenadines’ Finance Minister, Camillo Gonsalves.
