A transformative new residential resort is coming to Montego Bay, Jamaica, marking the debut of global hospitality giants Ennismore and Accor in the country.
LCH Development Limited has announced a landmark $450 million partnership to bring two of Ennismore’s internationally recognized lifestyle brands to The Pinnacle, a high-end mixed-use development on the scenic Reading Peninsula. This is the first time either Ennismore or Accor—one of the world’s largest hospitality groups—will have a footprint in Jamaica.

While the specific brands will be revealed in 2025, the project signals a major move into the Caribbean for Ennismore, known for trend-setting names like SLS, Mondrian, and 25hours.
The Pinnacle will feature four distinct buildings, including a 240-room branded luxury hotel, 417 upscale residences, and 12 private villas. Designed for seamless living, the resort will offer hotel-style services and curated amenities such as international restaurants, wellness centers, private clubs, and full-service concierge programs.
“This partnership with Ennismore and Accor marks a pivotal milestone for The Pinnacle,” said Tanya Golaub, Chief Operating Officer of LCH Development. “It positions Jamaica at the forefront of the branded residence market, setting a new benchmark for luxury while enhancing the island’s global appeal.”
Construction on Towers One and Two is already underway, led by local firm Brothers Concepts and Solutions Limited, with work progressing at a pace of approximately three floors per month.

Phil Zrihen, Head of Americas for Ennismore, called the project a cornerstone of the brand’s expansion in the Caribbean. “This collaboration with LCH reflects our commitment to delivering culturally rich, lifestyle-focused hospitality with partners who share our vision,” he said.
The Pinnacle also emphasizes sustainable development, incorporating solar energy systems, rainwater harvesting, and living walls. These initiatives align with Accor and Ennismore’s broader goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
This project joins the recently launched Harmony Cove initiative as one of two major new developments shaping the future of Jamaica’s luxury real estate and hospitality market.
