The Sands is committed to helping owners make the most of their investment by facilitating successful rentals and maintaining good occupancy levels at the resort.
Purchase Process
Once you have selected your condo. The sales process is very easy.
- Reserve your unit: USD $5000 (Can be paid by Credit Card)
- Balance of 10% Deposit paid on signing the sale agreement
- Balance of 90% on completion of Sale
Fair Rental Pool Revenue
Every owner has 3 months of complete use of the condo yearly. For the other 9 months, owners place their condo in the property’s rental program and receive revenue. This is based on the terms of the rental pool agreement.
All expenses & revenue are pooled thereby offering a fair distribution of net revenues between all owners. No one unit will be favoured over another
Owners Pooled Revenue paid quarterly
Pooled rental revenue is paid quarterly as follows:
- 5% Reserve fund for Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment
- 47.5% – Rental pool management share
- 47.5% – Owners revenue share (less condo fees and property taxes)
