Delta Airlines has launched a new nonstop flight connecting New York to the beautiful island of Barbados, Caribbean Journal reports.
Operating weekly on Saturdays, this flight adds to Delta’s existing daily service from its Atlanta hub to Barbados, further enhancing the airline’s Caribbean offerings.
The new route is expected to support Barbados’ continued efforts to attract more U.S. travelers, as highlighted by Tourism Minister Ian Gooding-Edghill.

The added service will provide nearly 20,000 additional seats to Barbados during the peak travel season, creating more options for tourists heading to the island.
As for pricing, a roundtrip ticket on the just-under-five-hour flight is priced at approximately $315, according to Google Flights. This competitive fare reflects the broader trend of affordable airfares to the Caribbean, especially from New York this season.
