The Barbados Revenue Authority (BRA) will auction 15 properties to the highest bidders on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. The auction will take place in the Seminar Room of Sky Mall, Haggatt Hall, St. Michael.
This auction follows an initial announcement of 29 properties, marking a significant reduction in the number of listings. The auction is being conducted under Section 34 of the Land Tax Act, which grants the Revenue Commissioner authority to order the sale of properties via public auction in cases of outstanding land tax debt.

With the sale of these properties, the BRA aims to recover outstanding taxes and facilitate new ownership opportunities for potential investors in the Barbadian real estate market.
