Minor Hotels is officially bringing its luxury Anantara brand to the Caribbean for the first time with the launch of Anantara Turks and Caicos Resort & Residences, a major new ultra-luxury development planned for North Caicos.
Scheduled to open in 2029, the beachfront project marks a significant milestone in Anantara’s continued global expansion strategy as the brand strengthens its presence across premier luxury and wellness destinations worldwide.
Located along the pristine Sandy Point coastline, the low-density development will feature 78 branded residences available for private ownership, including an exclusive collection of beachfront villas designed to blend seamlessly with the island’s natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere.

The project is being designed by Miami-based architecture and interior design firms RAD and Meyer Davis, bringing a contemporary yet nature-inspired aesthetic to what is expected to become one of the Caribbean’s most exclusive residential resort communities.
Known as the “Garden Island,” North Caicos offers a more secluded and ecologically preserved side of the Turks and Caicos Islands, increasingly attracting luxury travelers seeking privacy, wellness, and eco-conscious experiences.
A major focus of the resort will be wellness and immersive nature-based experiences. The signature Anantara Spa will incorporate treatments inspired by medicinal plants, native botanicals, and ingredients cultivated within the resort’s gardens and orchards.
The property will also introduce a unique astronomy-inspired wellness concept through an on-site observatory, where guests can participate in celestial experiences guided by lunar cycles, seasonal shifts, sunrise rituals, and sleep-focused wellness programmes.
Luxury lifestyle amenities will include a fitness centre, yoga studios, tennis, padel and pickleball courts, multiple pools, and a dedicated water sports centre designed to maximize the island’s marine environment and outdoor lifestyle.

Dining concepts throughout the resort will emphasize fresh, garden-driven cuisine, with beachfront restaurants, herb-led culinary experiences, a curated wine cellar, and a rooftop sunset bar overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
Accessibility to the resort will be supported through Providenciales International Airport, followed by private boat transfers directly to the property’s marina. In addition, redevelopment efforts are currently underway at North Caicos Airport to improve private aviation access and support future luxury tourism growth on the island.
The Turks and Caicos project joins a growing pipeline of international Anantara developments, including upcoming luxury properties in Brazil, Argentina, Miami, and Egypt, as Minor Hotels continues expanding its footprint across high-end global travel markets.
With its combination of luxury residences, wellness-driven experiences, sustainable design, and untouched Caribbean surroundings, Anantara Turks and Caicos Resort & Residences is already emerging as one of the region’s most anticipated hospitality developments.
