Virgin Atlantic is strengthening its Caribbean footprint this winter, introducing expanded partnerships and upgraded regional connectivity that make exploring multiple islands easier, smoother, and more convenient for travelers.
At the center of this push is a new interline agreement with InterCaribbean Airways, opening access to 11 additional destinations across the region. Travelers flying with Virgin Atlantic can now seamlessly connect to islands such as Dominica, St Lucia, Grenada, Kingston, Turks and Caicos, and St Kitts. The partnership also unlocks a long-awaited onward route to Georgetown, Guyana — a destination frequently requested by customers traveling from the UK.

Virgin Atlantic has also expanded its partnership with Caribbean Airlines, extending its reach to 16 regional destinations. With new connections from Barbados and Antigua to Beef Island in the British Virgin Islands and San Juan, the airline is significantly increasing its access across the eastern Caribbean.
The carrier’s own inter-island network is also receiving a boost. Routes linking Barbados, Grenada, and St Vincent and the Grenadines will increase from twice weekly to three times per week this winter. All inter-island flights will be operated using Virgin Atlantic’s state-of-the-art Airbus A330-900neo aircraft, offering passengers a modern, comfortable experience while island hopping.
To further improve the journey for travellers connecting within the Caribbean, Virgin Atlantic is introducing Through Check-In across its partner network. This allows customers to check their luggage directly through to their final island destination, eliminating the need for multiple check-ins and easing the overall travel experience.

Virgin Atlantic continues to operate direct flights from London Heathrow and Manchester to Barbados up to three times per day during the winter season, alongside services to Antigua and Montego Bay. The airline’s regional reach is further strengthened through partner carriers including InterCaribbean Airways, Caribbean Airlines, Bahamasair, and Cayman Airways.
With this expanded network and growing collaboration with regional operators, Virgin Atlantic is positioning itself as one of the most convenient and connected ways to experience the Caribbean — whether travellers are visiting one island or several.
