“From the onset, my vision has been to assemble a world-class team dedicated to elevating the island to new heights,” said Rafael Reyes. “Being the closest Bahamian island to the U.S., Bimini is a hidden gem that world-class travelers will soon get to experience. Time slows down here, and life unfolds effortlessly.”

Oren Alexander, Co-Founder of The Alexander Team and OFFICIAL, added: “The Bahamas has always held a special allure for residents of South Florida. Our clients have been eager for a weekend hideaway that blends refined living, adventure, and ease of access, and Bimini perfectly encapsulates all.”

Prime Location and Exquisite Design

The resort and residences will be located on Rockwell Island, an area of natural beauty exclusive to resort guests and residents. Just 48 nautical miles east of Miami, the island can be reached by seaplane, private charter jet, helicopter, or boat. The 750-acre property will include a 50-key Banyan Tree hotel, 54 waterfront residences, and Bonito Beach Club. The hotel will feature 24 beachfront villas and 26 overwater bungalows, with plans for a deepwater superyacht marina, 18-hole golf course, and members’ clubhouse in the second phase of development.
