Caribbean Weekend in Miami 2025 is set to bring together the region’s top tourism leaders for four days of strategic dialogue, collaboration and forward planning. Organized by the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO), the event will take place from December 4–8 at the Loews Coral Gables Hotel, uniting ministers, tourism directors, industry executives and private-sector partners to discuss the evolving landscape of Caribbean tourism.

One of the weekend’s key highlights will take place on Friday, December 5, when CTO hosts a holiday dinner and fundraiser alongside its Allied Members. The goal: to raise US$100,000 for the CTO Foundation to support disaster relief and tourism restoration efforts in Jamaica and Haiti following the devastation caused by Hurricane Melissa.
Dona Regis-Prosper, Secretary-General and CEO of the CTO, emphasized that this initiative underscores the Caribbean’s unwavering commitment to the workers and communities rebuilding after the storm.

On Saturday, attendees will board Royal Caribbean’s Icon of the Seas for the signature event of the weekend—the “Reimagining Caribbean Tourism Together” summit. Sponsored by Royal Caribbean Group, the summit will convene regional leaders to explore innovative strategies for sustainable tourism development, competitiveness, and economic expansion throughout the Caribbean.
